Cammie Velci

....was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii where she started taking hula lessons at age 5. At age thirteen, she started dancing hula professionally. She has preformed all over the state of Hawaii. She has appeared on television shows, and performed for celebrities including Michael Jackson, which was one of her all-time favorites.

At age thirty-five, Cammie started taking partner dance lessons. These dances included: salsa, cha-cha, East and West Coast swing, and night club two-step. Her passion covers all dances, but she truly enjoys the Latin styles. She has taken many classes from notable instructors from throughout San Luis Obispo County including: Ike and Nancy Lara, Linda Drake, Kara Frenzel. 

Over the past 5 years she has instructed, choreographed, and preformed for charitable events and shows throughout San Luis Obispo County and Hawaii.

Brian Reeves

....has been dancing and teaching for ten years.  He has competed in numerous national amateur and pro-am competitions as well as Los Angeles showcases with his instructor, Katie Johnson. 

Brian has also studied swing dance with Erin Stevens of Pasadena Ballroom Dance Association.  Erin co-taught Lindy Hop with Frankie Manning who was one of the original Savoy Ballroom inventors of the dance.  He also studied International Ballroom and Latin dancing with Jonathan Curtis and US Professional Champion, Max Sinitsa.

Brian co-founded the A-town Swing Dancers (formerly Creston Swing Dancers) in 2010 and has also participated as an instructor/choreographer in Atascadero’s Dancing With Our Stars since 2015.
